Does your boss spend to much time with cheesy management programs?
ByMy boss spends all his time to study programs such as “The Fish Philosophy,” “Who Moved My Cheese” and other programs of cheese. I admire him for trying, but rarely follows through their personal and hates. I recently asked for help on how to turn around its image and become a better leader. What would you recommend?

Tell the truth. That employees do not like, and need to get a makeover. maybe if you did more to help them, and not himself, that he likes. My boss is in the same way. He does all this crap from others in the office and leave work at hand of the workers.
