I use Windows Calendar like crazy for the school. I’ve never been good at keeping a schedule and have problems with ADHD and procrastination crazy and have a lot of classes in college, so I started using it and had done wonders for my time management. Windows Calendar comes with Windows Vista and XP I think you may have it. Mozilla (the creators of the Firefox Web browser) also make Mozilla Sunbird, which is comparable to the Windows Calendar. Both are free and allow planning and daily or hourly schedules and timetables, and a color code.

Outlook, Outlook, Outlook (not Outlook Express). I use it for everything. . . email, appointments, lists to-do/task, magazines, planning, etc. I use it even sticky notes. After working with a woman who was crazy about them (sticky note reminders stuck all over the monitor and actually filed that do not need more) I came to hate them. They are useful, but annoying. . . . so I use “Outlook” Notes function as a substitute. Works like a charm. One of the really good is MS Outlook. This allows you to perform tasks, notes, calendar and email.
