This course is for system administrators who will install and administer Project Server for a company. The administrator will learn configurations, user set-up, enterprise resource pool management and how to work with the security model.
MS Office Project Server for Project Managers – 3 days
This course is for those who manage projects in MS Office Project Server. Project Managers are taught how to manage projects, tasks, and resources and how to collaborate with Project Server. This course also includes the material taught in the 1-day courses for Team Members and Executives.

In this course, executives will obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to view status on projects. Executives will review executive reports, issues, documents and status reports.

The Team Member course teaches team members to view and track their task time, view projects, submit and create status reports, manage issues and risks, create tasks and delegate tasks.

This class will instruct resource managers on managing the Enterprise Resource Pool in Project Server, including resource information and custom calendars.

SharePoint for Administrators - 2 days
The goal of this course is that you learn how to use Windows SharePoint Services to create Virtual Team Websites that enable information sharing and collaboration between project team or department members.

Don’t have Project Server? Just need to learn MS Office Project functionality? This course is designed for the person who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who needs a tool to manage those project plans.
